Double floor volume of the building is developed in strict minimalism style. For interior decoration a combination of natural stone and wooden batten was used. The north and south facades have maximum open to the site due to the large glass area, which creates the effect of transparency and ease of the house. Part of the premises is transformable due to partition walls.
