The concept of the apartment was developed on Al Marjan Island in UAE, Dubai. The ground floor of the 10-storey building is dedicated to the commercial area, restaurant and café, which is located on the side of the seafront. The building also has a covered private garden and a double-level underground parking.

The concept was developed in 2008.
