The house is located in an elite district on the bank of Moscow-river. The site is stretched from east to west. The entrance is placed on the western side, while the stunning view of the river meets us on the opposite side. The two-storey house provides everything that a family of 4 to 6 people requires in premium-class house. Apart from it the territory provides two-floors garage, boiler house and a service unit.

In the façade, natural materials such as stone and timber dominate. Interiors were designed by Remy Tissier and Lana Grineva(studio “Philosophy of the design”).
