Township is located 21 km from MCAD1 along Kievsky or Minsky highway not far from village Krekshino. On 65 hectares area 352 houses are located with sites from 1200 to 4800 m2. There are several types of houses with the area of 200 to 300 m2.
The project was completed in 2007.
