The house is located 10 km from Moscow along the western direction. 2-floor building is designed in minimalism style. 3 facades have the least glazing area while the west façade is glazed almost completely, this solution allows us to open the living room and masters bedroom to the inner yard to the maximum extent.

The project was completed in 2011.
